I offer two forms of coaching: one on one lifestyle coaching and group coaching in programs like Summer Shred or Winter Warrior.

One on one coaching spots are very limited with availability happening sporadically through the year. This is an all inclusive, nutrition, training, macro, and lifestyle coaching experience. We work on everything from how to shape your meals, to setting healthy boundaries, creating a self care routine, and to how to set a schedule that works for you.

Group coaching is more straight forward macro and training coaching and opportunities arise 4 times per year.

programs

I offer two 6-12 week programs per year: Summer Shred and Winter Warrior. Both programs include opportunities for coaching with me and the opportunity to do macro coaching with me. Summer Shred is geared more towards fat loss while building muscle and Winter Warrior is more geared towards building muscle (fat loss possible with diet). Client spots for group coaching are first come first serve.
