•8 week workout program. This is the program without coaching, but you can purchase a one time macro setting.
•Habit stacking protocol to build the habits necessary to keep you happy and healthy as well as accountability for personal goals. You will have foundational goals and challenges per week to accomplish. Some that push you to explore new things, some for general wellness and health, and others surrounding reprioritizing your life and what avenues you want to pursue for growth.
•Video demonstrations and tips on form/technique for every exercise
•Communication with the group for support and community
•Recommended cardio, what type, and when
•Recommended stretching and mobility
•Modifications for beginners
